Run your academy or club on JomPasukan

Go to /signup/academy. Fill in academy name, email, password — under 2 minutes, no credit card. After verifying your email you land on the owner dashboard, pre-loaded with sample data (a few demo students, groups, sessions) so the dashboard isn't empty on day one. Click Clear samples on the dashboard banner when you're ready to add real data.

You start in sandbox mode — your academy is hidden from the public directory until you publish. Once your real groups, players, and venues are in, hit Clear samples & publish to go live. (You can unpublish later from Settings → Directory if needed.)

Important: in Settings → Directory, set the 'We accept new students' toggle. Leave it ON if you teach kids and want parents to find you. Switch it OFF if you're a club / amateur team that just wants a public listing without taking signups.

Settings → Training groups → Add group. Set the age range (e.g. U10 = 9–11), monthly fee, and a colour. Most academies have one group per age band. Skip this if you're a club without monthly training — you can add one default group called 'First Team' instead.

Settings → Venues → Add venue. Name + Google Maps link. Sessions and matches reference the venue — parents tap it to get directions. Add as many as you train and play at.

Players → Add Player. Fill name, IC (encouraged — links across academies for the player passport), date of birth, jersey, group, position. New: in the same dialog, add the parent's (or adult player's) email. We'll fire an invitation automatically when you save — no separate Add Guardian step. Tick 'This player is the player themselves (adult)' when the email belongs to the player, not their guardian.

Settings → Coaches → Add coach. Enter their email. They get an invite link, sign up, and land on the coach dashboard. Assign them to specific training groups so the right people see the right players.

Schedule for recurring training sessions (group, venue, time, coach). Matches for competitive games (opponent, kickoff, venue). Both auto-appear in every player's parent app and every assigned coach's dashboard.

On match day or training day, the coach opens the session on their phone and ticks attendees with one tap each. Auto-saves. Feeds player stats and the parent app immediately.

Open a match → pick the squad → send the call-up. Parents confirm with one tap; you see who's confirmed before kickoff. From the touchline, tap goal scorers and assists. Everything updates the live score, the player profile, and the directory.

Invoices → Batch generate → pick the month. Auto-creates an invoice per active player based on their group's monthly fee. Parents see a 'Pay' button in their app and pay via FPX, DuitNow, GrabPay, or card. Payments mark the invoice paid automatically.
